 The Gibson Inn is proud to welcome Chef Jeanine Slagle into our family. The owner of "That's A Moray", she is preparing a pub menu for us from 6-9pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Dinner service will be forthcoming.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales College, she began her career as the pastry chef at the Killearn Country Club in Tallahassee. She is known around the area as the executive chef for two former Florida Governors making hors d'oeuvres for political receptions or sit down dinners for various guests including former presidents, country singers or tennis stars.
The pub menu she has created will include munchies such as cheeseburgers, reubens and crab cakes. She will also be meeting our catering needs for weddings, rehearsal dinners and the holidays.
