For reservations, a 48-hour cancellation period applies. A 3-week cancellation period applies for special events and holidays. A 6-week cancellation period applies for group blocks. There is a 1-night cancellation fee (average rate of stay) charged to the guarantee on file when cancelled outside the free cancellation window, including early departures. Advance Purchase bookings are pre-paid, noncancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable.

Hotel-initiated Cancellations: In the event that your room becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your stay, move you to a comparable room if available, or reschedule your stay for another date.
