Coming Soon: More Space For Larger Events

The excitement is building! Plans are underway for our new, three-story addition right next door on Avenue C. Designed in the same architectural style and sporting the same signature shade of Gibson blue as our landmark building, it will seamlessly complement the original 1907 Inn while adding much-needed guest rooms and suites for large groups, and modern-day essentials, including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and much more. Stay tuned for updates as we create a world-class experience that meets your (and our) highest standards!

Billiards Room

Gather in the Billiards Room for a meeting, lunch or dinner under the watchful eye of Jean-Pierre, an 11-foot alligator and reliable conversation starter! Two pool tables conveniently convert into large multi-purpose tables, making this space ideal for corporate meetings and other occasions. Double doors open to the wrap-around porch, offering seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment for all.

Parlor Bar

Perfect for a mix-and-mingle welcome party, our Parlor Bar is an Apalachicola icon —as warm and inviting and inviting as it was on the day it opened back in 1907.

Franklin Café

When the occasion calls for something delicious, there’s no finer fit than the Franklin Café. Apalachicola’s unofficial living room, our restaurant is available for full buy-outs with advance notice.

Featuring eight guest rooms and its own library/parlor, the newly renovated Buck House is a “mini-Gibson,” perfect when you’re looking for the privacy of a full-buyout.

Palm Courtyard

Gather under the stars, twinkling lights, and swaying palms for an open-air dinner or wedding reception on the lawn. Reopening in 2024.
